Looks like Machine Doubling on the obverse and Die Deterioration on the reverse. Not a doubled die if that's what you're hoping for.

On second glance it might be Die Deterioration on both sides.

The reverse is called split plating doubling, the plating was cut by the die exposing the zinc interior....first stage of zinc rot! The obverse is classic MD and vibration making "ghosting" effect.

Obverse: Die Deterioration on date and 'E' on LIBERTY.
Reverse: Split plating from a strong strike that split through the zinc.
