Is it struck on another coin? Is it d over s mint mark? What are those lines showing on obverse?

The lines on the front are from a coin rolling machine most likely, you'll see this a lot with the end coins in new rolls.

MM looks fine just seems to be dented in a bit from circulation. If you can get a closeup of that area then that may help.
