Once again, I agree with Wheat.

Most of the time you just have to ask yourself, would you spend anything above face value to own this note,and why. Looks pretty random to me.

Just another odd numerical permutation with perhaps a tiny premium, quickly offset by time and selling fees. I'd spend it.
