Is that a scan or a picture. It is blurry like a scan. Looks about EF40 sharpness with a burn on the reverse and a deep scratch on the obverse.

VF-30 sharpness with a nasty scratch on the obverse and that "burn" on the reverse. The obverse scratch will prevent it from getting a slab grade.
