Proof coins and Special Mint Set coins are the toughest ones to get a good picture of. While these pictures are pretty good, there is too much of the glare that reflects from the coin to really get a full view of the details that I would need to see.
If possible, try to fool with lighting and the angles of the lighting as you take these shots and see if a few pictures come up that show the things that you want us to see a little better.
It is tough work to get good shots of close details on coins with great luster.
Thanks, Bill

There's no discernible doubling on that coin from what I can see.

I still can't see it. I'll do this in reverse and when I get a chance, I'll post a picture of one that you can compare to.
From what I can see, I would say at this point that it might not be. The doubling should be very evident and more pronounced. The line of doubling is further in on the chin and not to the left of the chin as it seems to be here.
Anyway, I'll try to get a picture posted over the next few days.

Hi,
In checking out the diagnostics, there is really no reason to take pictures. The biggest problem is that the doubling on the IN GOD WE TRUST motto is huge and your pictures are good enough to see that it is not there.
Here is what to look for on 13-O-III
Strong spread on profile, eye, ear, side burn hair, designer's initials, and IN GOD WE TRUST, with triple spread on last T of TRUST, and with medium CW rotation on IB of LIBERTY, and medium CCW rotation on last 6 of date.
Stage A: Die scratch from lower lip to chin - EDS
Two light die gouges next to rim Southwest from I of IN
Light die scratches North-South above arrows in eagle's Left talon - EDS
Stage B: Die clash in field in front of forehead - EMDS
Stage C: Die clash is abraded away - MDS
Yours has none of the markers for any die state. Therefore, it can't be this coin.
Thanks, ill

Thats not 13-O-III you can see that the doubling on your coin WE TRUST is nowhere near as severe on your coin as it should be. You do have another one of the DDOs but it is a minor one. You can see that there is very slight doubling on the designer initial on your coin but again not to the extent of 13-O-III. There is a SMS one with just a doubled chin. Not as desirable or valuable but still a DDO. I can't tell you for sure which one you have. Thanks, Bill
