So my conclusion is its to high.. Are there other (trustworthy) sites like ebay?

Or anyone have some 1928* (5$) for sale?

I believe $80 is on the high end of the scale for that note.

PCGS forgot to add the star designation on the holder...it is a Fr.1531*

Not often you see PPQ on a F-15 graded note!

I believe PMG will only designate PPQ or their equivalent on VF25 graded notes and up

15PPQ.....PGGS deemed it as honest,evenly circulated and problem free

No problem here, it's just that PQ paper quality at this next-to-shot grade level seems kind of silly.
