From the picture, it looks like a normal 1970-S Large Date cent.

The 9 7 0 do look a little wider than normal, but its probably from being in circulation.

The base of the letters is wider than the tops. As a coin wears, it makes the letters appear larger.

Don't forget die wear, as dies are polished down the beveling of the letters is actually wider but not as deeply upraised, need coop's pix this kinda looks like it if it was filled
