While I cannot comment on the authenticity, this (if its real) is a cash coin from the time of Emperor Jen Tsung (AD 1796-1820)/Reign title: Chai Ching. The obverse (side with four characters) says Chai Ching Tong Bao, and the reverse indicates it is from the Boo Ciowan or Board of Revenue Mint.

It might be a rotated and up side down Chia-ching 1796 to 1820. Probably Board of Revenue, Beijing mint mark.

To me looks genuine. Fun fact is that replicas are mostly in better condition than the original. This is because the old coins were cast in masses whereas modern replicas are produced with modern means.

The coins aren't very costly simply because they were produced in the billions in those times. As you would expect, many have survived and retains the supply. I do love the look of them though!
