Try using a handheld LED flashlight for lighting. Even better is using natural daylight.

Single light sources are better. If you have a LED flash light with several bulbs, that doesn't work. Single light source.

If you have a small LED flashlight with several bulbs in it like I do,put a white coffee filter over it and tape it down. Makes a great light filter. If you don't have a coffee filter handy, use frosted tape.
