Some friction on hair curls and I only see 3 distinct diamonds .
Toning is color full and original . A beautiful no problem IHC . MS-64, can go to a 65 .

My guess is PF Unc Details Questionable Color, but I really can't tell either way.

Proofs can have some really wild colors.

PR-64, but possibly Details because of the colour.

This is a proof, and I believe the color is natural. PR63BN.

Bid on this one in spite of the QC designation. It is beautiful. I am not convinced it is AT. Went a little high and didn't follow through. Kind of regret it...

I have seen a few proof IHC's and some gem BU's toned in exactly this manner. AT is always a judgment call, as Mike Sherman will tell you, because the grader is looking for toning that matches commonly seen AT patterns and colors; there's no foolproof manner of determining that toning is AT or NT (yet.)

Sometimes they do give out Color no-grade for retoning on cleaned coins, instead of Cleaning.

Consider yourself fortunate if you did not buy this coin.
