to CCF. It is worth around $2 for the silver content. If it is an error or a variety it might be worth more.

It is a Winged Head Liberty dime commonly known as a Mercury dime because the winged head reminded people of Mercury messenger of the Gods. It was designed by Adolph A Weinman whose monogram appears in the right field above the date. The design was used from 1916 to 1945 and is made of 90% silver 10 % copper. The 1941 is a very common date (they made over 175 million of them) and in worn condition carries no real premium value over that of the value of the metal it is made form, currently between one and two dollars.
