Here is what I have found so far:
Cent = +/- 0.13g(Zinc) What is it for copper?
Nickel = +/- 0.195g
Dime = Mercury +/- 0.097g Roosevelt Silver = ? After 1965?
QuarterClad = +/- 0.22g Silver = ?

Conder101 - I have attempted to send 2 messages with a copy to my E-mail address. I received neither copy! I just found the info through a search. I was too dumb to try that first! Thanks!  Edited by Pete2226

I didn't receive the emails either. You say you found the info through a search, where? I'm not aware of the full list of specs and tolerances being available online. It would be a good site to know because this question comes up frequently.
