It was graded MS-63 Red + Brown by ICCS it never had the 9 identified by them on the holder and at a discounted price of a regular 1899 I was lucky and found it buy it now free delivery couldn't go wrong

I just received my grades from some coins I sent to PCGS this coin was one of the coins I sent in as I thought it was nicer than a MS-63 RB PCGS must have had the same thoughts as I had but I would have graded it MS-64 RB PCGS grade MS-65 RB I'll re-post pictures when they arrive very happy camper
