I see some doubling on the date.... hard to take a photo of though.

Looks like the 8 and 9 has doubling.

I agree with F-15 as well. As for the repunch everything that I can see about the 8 does look like the 8 over 8 for this variety, with the dirt that's there and the pictures not being perfect I can't be 100% certain but I would say most likely 8/8. I don't see the proper repunch area for the 9 over 9 so I'm assuming its probably a hit or something.

That's easier to see now, thanks.
It is a repunched 8 variety.
The rest of the doubling is due to Die Deterioration.
There is no premium for this variety of 1891, nor is there any premium for the doubling.
It is a cool find however.
