So the guy was not a coin dealer or anything he just had a lot of random stuff and I found this in a box. $10 bucks so I gave it a shot.

I haven't looked at all of them yet I did find a silver dime and a 1944 dime from Netherlands.

Anything I should look for in the wheat pennies? They are marked individually in 2x2

Thanks for any input

You need a Whitman Publishing Red Book. Way to many coins there to try to just give you several good dates.

$10 for everything we see in your photo? That seems too good to be true, particularly if there is silver in there.

I do not see anything of big value in that second photo. We will probably need to see what you have in the wheat cents to know if the gamble was worth it.

If you only paid $10 at flea market prices, that's at least fun to go through if nothing else.

I have to agree with that.

I suspect many of them are worth more than junk prices, at least that is my hope because they took the time to holder them.

Seeing how there is $2.30 in face value in pic #2 (ignoring the fact that 2 of them are silver), I think that's a heckuva great deal. How many wheaties were there in all?

Anytime you get a nice lot of coins like that for $10, the entertainment value alone of going through it is worth it to me. Love to hear these kind of finds from people; reminds me of why I like to collect.
