Most of the time, they are only collectible if they are perfect or near perfect patterns. (Ex: 55554555 may demand some money, but 55555555 would demand more.) Repeater: meaning repeat of one, two , three or four numbers, 11223344, 55228844(2's), 555777333(9 digit) or 55558888(4's) Binary: two numbers repeated 44996611, 01010101, 00110101, All number, no repeat, 12345678, 97086453. Those are a start, unless all numbers fall into a pattern with all digits used, one offs don't count, no premiums. Report this Post to the Staff

But selling one is another story. Also there isn't a solid definition of what a birthday note actually is, considering that there are many ways to represent a date.
