@micilandia, first welcome to CCF. Second, that is an interesting piece that you have there.

My initial thought is German states, especially a Heller or other small denomination of Aachen with that eagle facing left with his tongue sticking out and the imperial orb in a cinquefoil. However, I can't find any similar coins of Aachen without the date split on either side of the eagle. Hopefully someone else can weigh in with the correct answer.

I don't think the Aachen eagle is crowned like the eagle shown here. This one resembles the Muhlhausen Thüringen kipper or 3 pfenninge crowned eagle. It can be tough because many catalogs like KM show a lot of large coins but much fewer minors making it tough to look for a good match.
