I have a 1925 s that the s looks double die. Is this coin have more value or am I just going crazy. Not seen another 1925 s like this. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you very much for the info. Guess its going back in the collection. May sale later on. If you put a value on a coin like this. What number pops in your head?
Well, according to the coppercoins website, it would be worth between $15 and $40. Could you post a pic of the full coin, front and back? That would help us more accurately determine its value.
The '5' on the date was altered probably from a cent vending machine. So that will lower the value a bit. http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds The coin looks like an earlier die state, so that would make it a bit more desirous to a RPM collector.
