There are four possibilities for this date. Because yours has no mintmark above the date, then it's either a 1975(P) business strike dime or a 1975 "no S" proof dime.
From what I understand, there are only two known examples of a 1975 "no S" proof dime.
By looking at it, I can tell it is not a proof strike and must be a normal Philly dime. There is no cameo appearance (frosted devices, mirror fields) and it is struck off-center or with a mis-aligned die. That would be common with business strikes but, not so on proofs which are minted with greater precision.
