I had a senior moment and uploaded wrong reverse.Thanks for all the comments and Patience. Looking for a grade and approx value.Wanting to purchase but I think buyer is asking too much at $40  Edited by murty 06/09/2017 8:49 pm

These photos don't seem to be of the same coin. The reverse looks AG-3 and original, the obverse VG-8 details, cleaned. Something smells fishy.

IGE - Good eye. At first, I thought the reverse crop was too close to show the staples, and the stray marks upper left and lower right might have been the tails of ink markings (cost, etc.). But the closer I look, the more they appear to be staple marks, I have to agree.

AHH, I see he changed the reverse picture - definitely a cleaned coin. Walk away from it.
