I would say PF-63. It's too bad about the discoloration on the obverse, but I always love a proof Barber!

With so many people here thinking that it's impaired, that is one proof that you will definitely want to keep in the slab. The next grader may have another opinion.

Just curious: did you buy it certified or raw?
