I don't know how to clean coins, or how to handle/store them really.. This was stored nicely, but was glued into the container, and on the reverse the little marks are from me pushing my nail forward and lightly against it(trying not to scratch) then realized that's probably a bad idea still..

It's still a pretty coin and, since not extremely valuable, no real harm done in my book.

Soak in pure acetone to remove glue and glue residue. Use pure acetone the kind you buy in the paint isle at a hardware store, Not the nail polish remover from the drug store.

Doesn't need to soak a long time, just long enough to soften and dissolve the glue. After that use a cotton swab dipped in clean acetone to wipe off any remaining residue or stuck on glue. But do this gently or by rolling the swab over the affected area.

FYI, it is a 1960-D SD not a 1960 SD. The P mint is a bit harder to find.

This one has been harshly cleaned, no numismatic value.

Appears to have been copper plated. The 60-D small date is just as common as the 60-D large date, it has no premium like the 1960P small date.
