Two 1940-S Walking Liberty Errors

These coins have been locked up, so I know these weren't faked. The 1941 one has a lot of damage, and the 1944 one seems to be on the wrong type of planchet.
Are these types of errors common for these?

They both look like PSD to me, the rim shouldn't be our of round if they were Cuds

These don't look like errors. They're both PMD (post mint damage).

The '44 almost looks like a Dryer Coin. If so, it would be the first Walking Liberty Dryer Coin I've seen!
