It shines from all angles with a slight golden tone. It's not graded.
What do you think? Bought it from a guy that said it was in a safe deposit box for many years.

EF-40 to 45 IMO.

I may be wrong but it kind of looks cleaned to me. VF details if so. If not, then VF30

It's not cleaned. That lustre you're seeing. It's very flashy.

I think it belongs in the EF range as well.

EF is what I see here..lots of luster remaining in the legend..

EF-40 but agree it looks suspiciously bright.

I would guess the coin has had a light buffing at one time, EF-40
