chesterb Pillar of the Community United States 1261 Posts	Posted 06/17/2017 10:58 am There's 4 online sources that I use to determine the value of a coin. 1- Numismedia which has market prices listed for all US coins 2 - Coin World posts their coin values online and finally the main two when I'm researching a coin to purchase or want the real value of one in my collection: 3 - PCGS coinfacts which shows the market prices last paid for a particular coin. You can even drill down to a particular auction and look at the coins sold and the amount they sold for. 4 - Heritage Coin Auction archives. Same thing as PCGS but you get a little more information. Numismedia is another site but they are also retail prices. ebay results are a bit more realistic; between retail and wholesale. Heritage is very good but doesn't cover less expensive coins. ExoGuy Pillar of the Community United States 4415 Posts	Posted 06/17/2017 6:54 pm Attending shows, buying at Gray Sheet bid or less, selling at about 20% under, works for me. IMHO, this is far more realistic than looking at mags that jack up values in order to sell their products. Report this Post to the Staff
