.15 grams too light and the eagles head looks strange but hard to tell actually from the small pictures. I'm sure somebodey will be along to tell you for sure.

Need more focused and zoomed in pics. The fact it's underweight, is a bad sign to begin with. But better pics would help.

Photo quality is poor. I am not going to call it a counterfeit, but would be concerned with it being underweight, the stars appear to be off, and the feathers on the eagle's neck appear not to reach the back much like a type 1. If these are seller's photos, there may be a reason for the soft focus and small image.

My gut is saying fake. As mentioned stars look off and inconsistent. Secondly I think I see a casting bubble by the right hand around 11 o'clock.

In your photo I can only count 3 fingers holding the branch on the obverse. There should be 4 fingers visible on the 1877. If there are 3 fingers, the coin is a counterfeit.

Not really. To me, something doesn't feel right about this coin. It's such a well-known Chinese counterfeit target that I would never buy one raw.

Yes - the fingers are wrong and even the olive branch's leaves look suspect. The entire stem of the branch should show in her palm too.

All FAKE. Note the stars, misshapen some clear others not, denticles look weird, best indicator= "64" different font!

From what I see of the misshapen stars on OP's coin, it's a fake, surface looks that way also.

I would pass. Too many red flags starting with the weight.
