I would pay no more than 50$, Some might pay 100$. It's a true low serial number. I try to look for 2 digits or lower.
Nice find!

I'm going strictly by my reference since I don't collect items like that.
My reference is Collector's Guide to Modern Federal Reserve Notes/Series 1963-2009 by Robert Azpiazu, 2011.
CHCU $20 for 00000007 are listed at $600.
I suspect that's the retail price.
Since yours is "in pretty good condition" my guess would be about half that amount.

It looks like it was folded in the center in a wallet and a fold in the bottom right corner.

I need some good paper currency books. Looking for one like the Red Book for coins and one for errors/unique numbers. What are you suggestions?
Is Collector's Guide to Modern Federal Reserve Notes/Series 1963-2009 a good book to get?

Well it does help that I am a teller at the bank and my ATM takes anywhere from 100,000 to 120,000 in 20s.

I don't look at each serial number but when I am going through if something catches my eyes (repeating numbers) I will look at it.

This one was sitting at the top of my 20s so I almost gave it out.

I have gotten quite a few neat bills from there.

I honestly was expecting this to be a newbie post where someone had a not with 4 zeroes or some such, but WOW! That's a great find!
