@wendell, if you provide a little more info, you might not get those wisenheimer replies. Then again, you might get them no matter what you do...

Yes thats what I'm talking about it goes all around the coin..and it looks like doulbling around the nose..sorry kinda of new at this

I believe that's Die Deterioration. As the die come near the end of their useful production they begin to show wear. Your Quarter is showing severe metal flow due to metal fatigue on the die

Yes, they are what is called Die Flow lines. As dies wear out, the surface metals on the die move outwards...depending on material you get circumferential lines like yours, at times forming a complete circle (on cents most often) or lines appointing outward on harder material (nickels)... These care not considered as errors, just late stage die wear, a part of the process of coin making.
