1887 Indian Head Cent / IHC Lamination Error

clint_p New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 06/18/2017 10:28 pm Greetings I just received an old Whitman book from my father containing some Indian Head cents. I noticed this odd 1887 with what appears to be a lamination error. Is this, in fact, a lamination error? I'm not familiar with error coins and am relatively new to collecting.
