Hi again, here's another hastily-photographed coin from the family collection. Apologies for the blurriness. I'd take more photos if I could.

I don't have exact measurements, but based on other known coins in the original photo, I'd place it around 20-22mm in diameter. Given the 13 stars, I thought for sure it was US currency, but the bust is different from anything I was able to find.

Any ideas? Thanks!

It is probably 1863 not 1869 and is a civil war token.
