I'm assuming that this contains either two blades or a blade and a nail file. If so, depending on the maker, these can be very expensive. More photos please with the inner parts showing

The big money brand is Eloi Pernet, but although I can't identify the makers mark I'm pretty sure that it's no EP

That's crazy! I've actually got one of those coins, close to same date, that my grandfather literally picked up in a bombed out house during WW2! I'll have to see if I can find it.

on the maker you posted.

This has been sitting around at a local coin shop ...I will see if
I can pick it up for a good price.
