That's one ugly coin.  I'm confused, though. If it is plated, with what? They say "with platinum group metals." That could be one of six different metals. Or, is it plated with all of them?  Either way, what a waste of a Kennedy.

Wow, what an interesting surface effect. Maybe the seller did it himself to see what he could sell it for. Hopefully it won't sell. Otherwise it would just encourage others to do the same.
