I thought I should let everyone know that a member here and friend twodsonegf, Nate Mailliard, who almost exclusively posted in classics and was a great help on the VAM forum has suddenly passed away at the age of 30. He was a great guy and huge coin geek. He loved coins & VAMming and was always very helpful to anyone asking questions about their varieties. His obituary is below. He leaves behind a wife and 5yo son. If you would like to help the family financially in any way big or small please PM me and I'll give you his wife's PayPal account. It would really help them out in this trying time. He has left us way too young. You'll be very missed Nate. Godspeed my friend http://obituaries.meadvilletribune....17-945770091Edited by Cascade 06/29/2017 2:05 pm

I'm from the Canadian forums so I wasn't that familiar with him..but I do recall seeing a couple of his posts when I skimmed through some Morgan threads...he was quite knowledgeable judging by the replies I did see from him. rest in peace Mr. Mailliard.. and bless his family...i hope everything works out as best as they can for them
Feel free to call me Will.

I'm still devastated over Nate's passing. I never met Nate face to face but through the internet he became a good friend. I'll always remember all the things he did for me and have a Morgan dollar that he passed along to me that I'll always cherish. May peace be with you Nate and I hope your family finds peace and healing as time passes.

I deal with funerals almost daily, and typically I don't react much to a person's passing, except when it happens way too soon. This is one of those times. I didn't know Nate, or even read one of his posts that I know of, but it saddens me he is gone. May he rest in peace, and his family find comfort in the memories of their time together.
