Primal-Trek is a good online place to compare your charms.
Look at Ancient Chinese "open-work charms".
This source has enormous amounts of info and pictures.
I suggest researching yourself on this website because you have the charms in your hand and can manipulate them to show the symbols in the best light and position and compare them to what you find. I often see images here that are not focused or they are rotated, backwards or upside down making it harder for us to help.
Apart from that I'm sure there will someone along telling you better answers. But it is July 4th party, BBQ, vacation season and many members may be off grilling outdoors by the pool.

Ciao Albert,
Thanks for the excellent advice, in fact I had a deep look at the Primal-Trek site and as I couldn't find any charms similar to these, I wrote directly to Gary, the excellent creator of that web site.
Very kindly he's answered me translating the symbols on the amulets. And telling me that they are Korean charms and not Chinese, also if written with Chinese characters. Here I copy his explanations:

Charm 1
side a) #27704;#26124; yong chang "eternally prosperous"
side b) #31048;#23551; qi shou "pray for a long life"

Charm 2
side a) #22312;#22825; zai tian "is in Heaven"
side b) #39134;#40857; fei long "The flying Dragon"
("The Flying Dragon is in Heaven")

Charm 3
side a) #31077;#20113; xiang yun "lucky cloud"; #28006;#39321; pu xiang "grape fragrance"
side b) #21644;#39118; he feng "gentle breezes"; #29976;#38632; gan yu "sweet rains"

Charm 4
side a) #23551;#23500;#36149;#22810;#30007; shou fu gui duo nan "long life, wealth, honor, many sons"
side b) #37329;#26408;#27700;#28779;#22303; jin mu shui huo tu "metal, wood, water, fire, earth (The Five Elements)

Have a good July 4th!

@robert_, thank you so much for following up and posting these results. That info really helps others who stumble upon your thread in the future. I'll recommend to the mods that the title be changed to reflect that your charms are Korean rather than Chinese.
