Looks in XF range. May just be lighting/pix, but I see a small amount of circulating on reverse but relatively little on obverse. So much so as to wonder why? Cleaned/buffed maybe? Maybe just me? I would call that a 1928 with an undescended D...

Obverse has some XF40 wear, especially on the hair and tie, but reverse wheat lines look AU50 - so net grade XF45.
Maybe 15-20$ range?

Do you think that it might be worth getting graded? Would grading increase its value?

No it would not be worth getting it graded . Fees would be more than the coin is worth . Common date and mint .

EF-45, not worth slabbing until you reach the higher MS grades.
