64RD. Might cost you a buck or two at your LCS, but little resale value (these can still be bought by the roll in this condition).

Well, here is the problem. It was found in change, but likely was only handled once.

That is in great condition for being found in change! But even if this coin has been found in circulation, I am not seeing any visible wear. MS-64 RD for me.

64, maybe 65RD at best.
