It's a good idea to take the coin out of the holder to take pictures. That removes the glare.

Despite the plastic, I would say business strike. Nice condition, though!

From these photos, I favor RB AU58 business strike. On a good day at NGC, it could make RB MS60. Gorgeous coin! Let's see some better photos.

Business strike. Nice coin! Too much glare to comment on surfaces.

Hell of a nice strike; I can see why you're questioning the type. If I knew 5% more about feathered liberty cents it would double my basis for saying it's likely a business strike that didn't see circulation beyond collector to collector. From what I can see in the photos, I believe NGC would put it at 60+. I'd really like to see what it looks like in hand. All that aside, if it wasn't for the presence of the unfortunate carbon spot at 11:00, I might suspect that the the coin pictured was two different coins. the top picture with the glare looks like an AU. In that photo it doesn't look as sharp, has less contrast, the devices aren't quite as nice. On the plus side, luster is more evident as are the PL fields. Possibly an impaired proof? Yeoman&Bressett ( Red Book) says less than 2000 proofs for this year (and even business strikes [@ 7.9 mil} were relatively fewer than '79 onward). All my babble is just opinion. Get that girl over to NGC and make sure to tell us the results. In presidential hyperbole, that's a "good penny. Really, really good". BTW, to our growing family. You'll like it here!!

I can see what biedercoins is talking about referring to "two different coins". Did you crop any of these pics? The top picture looks like an off-center strike, but the second doesn't show that.
It is a pretty cent. I can't really see any wear based on the photos, except perhaps a SMIDGE on the diamond ribbon.
Edited: the difference in rim may be due to the different lighting between pics one and two.

Can you post a picture of the rim? Is it squared off or rounded?
