Wait for experts to chime in, but that last image makes me think the "doubling" is due to late die state, not really DDO.

Unclear pix, first few indicate a hit/scratch top to bottom. Last pic shows "ghosting" around devices which is machine caused damage due to thin copper plated zincolns. Inside the MM appears to be a "zinc rot bubble".

Agree with Fuzzy317 and Crazyb0. This is very common. Bottom-line from where I sit, just plan poor quality control at the mint.
