Is this coin properly graded? What kind of price would you put on it?

I would trust it with the green bean. Looks like properly graded from these photos. Great looking coin and I'll bet pricey.

If I were you, I would try to get it around the $3500 range. MS 64 DMPL is $2800 in greysheet but MS 65 DMPL is $8900.

The coin has strong mirrors and looks close to MS65, but I would not pay over 4K for the coin. If you could get the coin at $3800, it would be a good price. I recognize the dealer photos as I have bought a hand full of coins from him. The dealer's asking price is low end MS65. If you are really interested, give him a call and try to work out a deal.

PL/DMPL Morgans show marks/hits a lot more than regular strikes. Looks like a beautiful coin!

The grade looks to be spot on. The mirrors are a little too cloudy to call it an MS-65.

too many obverse scratches for 64+ for me. I would look for a nicer coin for that money.

This one is a lot better than most NGC/PCGS MS-65 PL/DMPL Morgans I saw at a show.
