Glue? There is nothing on the surface of this coin.

Soak it in acetone and see if Bio isn't correct. You wouldn't believe how many new collectors say the same thing. Sometimes it's just hard to tell there is a foreign substance on the coin, especially if it is clear. Seriously, soak it in acetone. It will not harm the coin and I'll guarantee that comes off.

Glue was my first thought as well.
