Is this an error or did someone just mess up a nice coin. Is there something during the minting process that would cause it to spin? Any help would be appreciated. Weight is 2 grams.

The upsetting process spins the blank before striking but because of the copper core showing, the specific marks on your coin, the reduced weight and the center of the design still showing...this is definitely intentionally damaged post-mint.

Keep searching!
