I found this in a circulated bankroll going through a bank box. I'm still going through the bank box so there will be more post to come. There's a peeling piece that hasn't completely peeled off yet. Most of it is completely peeled off. So far, the worst case of Lamination peel I've ever seen.

I could go either way with this one. I can't tell from the current pictures.

The stain on the coin make me think it's environmental problems.

PMD. Looks like something gouged it and peeled back the metal. Definitely a cat hair on Lincoln's head though.

It's still a little unclear but thanks for posting the extra pics.

I'm gonna go with you on this one. It does have the look of multiple gouges but what I circled below, I think, tells the most for this being a lam (a partially retained peel).

Cool find! Found anything else from the box?

Your welcome! Thank you spruett001 for having a clear answer! I have also found a 1998 P LC Struck Through Grease (in my forum post), a 2015 P LSC WDDR-001 or WDDR-004 not sure (in my forum post), Wheat cents, and a lot of Canadian cents! :)

Rest in Peace

I'm supposed to be sleeping, gotta get up early!. If you rotate coin 20° CCW, all those across the coin will be straight line level. looks to be PMD. Have seen similar damage caused by commercial mower blades(serrated cutting edges). You can replicate by using icepick @ angle. Will push metal up.

To be clear, I'm going with this conclusion with your own conclusion in mind. The new pics are still not clear enough to be able to tell for sure.
