That is a very clean & nice looking dime, with virtually no signs of circulation. Why do you think its a no S version?

Yes, it is a 1975 dime that was minted at Philadelphia, since the mint mark is not there. However it is a business strike since it is missing the mirror fields of a proof coin. Nice coin, but not the 1975 No S Dime.
Rest in Peace

1975 Philly Dime:
Could-It-Be-A-1975-No-S-Dime?
1975-S Proof no 'S':
Could-It-Be-A-1975-No-S-Dime?
1975-S Proof with mint mark:
Could-It-Be-A-1975-No-S-Dime?
Note the thickness of the rims? The strength of the strike is stronger on the proof coins as they are struck more than once. The mirrored fields.

Sorry, but it's a Philadelphia issue. If it was a S, it would be a proof.
