Nice one! That is a peeled Lamination error. A keeper for sure! This is worth a moderate premium.

Lamination that peeled off after the strike. Note the ghost images of LIBERTY that still show. If this were a struck through error, then these ghost devices would not be present, they would have beeen flattened.
