I was weighing some panties this morning and I found a 1962 no mint mark that weighs 3.29 G is that the wrong weight because every other Copper Penny of ever weighed only weighs up to 3.19 so this one weighs 3.29 need some help thanks

That's only 0.06 grams higher than mint tolerance. Keep it if you like it.

It is too small of a difference outside of standard weight to have any value as an error. However, many collectors do keep such minor differences just for the fun of it.

That was the standard from 1864 to 1873, the coinage act of 1873 reduced the tolerance to +/- 2 grains or +/- .13 gm
