Certainly not MS. And probably not AU. I think XF at best.
Cleaned? Don't know. I'd have to see it in hand.

Toning looks natural and it has some eye appeal, IMO.

Naturally toned AU-55. I see no hint of cleaning or dipping. Nice looking.

Thanks everyone! I don't see any of the hairlines that usually go with cleaning and the toning looks to me to be natural. If it's artificial toning, who ever did it is REALLY good at it and understands subtlety...lol. Those photos are from the auction but I adjusted the white balance and not having the coin in hand can't be 100% sure the color is perfect. I'll know in a few days though.
