Easier to look at if coin devices and mottos are straight up and down not tilt shifted. High points of coin look good, toning is good but fields around letters indicate it may have been cleaned in the past, not a deal killer though. I'd say a high AU-50 but need a better view of the reverse motto to possibly go up to AU-53

Darker tone but I can see this one at AU-53. Not much wear on this one at all.

I will also say AU53 and probably market acceptable if it has an old cleaning.

Thanks everyone and yes I was thinking this was an AU coin but the price was very right ($26.00) and I don't have one of this date in my collection so I couldn't pass it up.

AU 53, maybe cleaned. Yes, $26 is a good price for this coin, cleaned or not.
