Fixed your pictures. They look like the result of zinc gas bubbles breaking.

with Fuzzy. Yep, that's the unfortunate demise of modern copper-plated zinc cents. It's not an error and is probably still worth one cent but won't be for long due to zinc rot that will eat the coin up.

The coin was likely exposed to a heat source causing gas bubbles in the coin to expand and burst open. It appears to be PMD.
