Ok here is another good one,,, this ebay seller has way too much time on their hands

http://cgi.ebay.com/2003A-1-one-dol...or_W0QQitemZ a href= https://www.coincommunity.com/go/link.asp?target=https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/120253714554 target= _blank rel= nofollow 120253714554 /a QQihZ002QQcategoryZ376QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

2003A $1 bill with a very fancy serial number

Serial Number is: K 49771100 G (49 77 11 00) (49 7 711 00)

1. 3 double numbers 77, 11 and 00.

2. 0x0=0, 1x1=1, 7x7=49.

3. 711 weeks is exactly 4977 days.

4. 1100 weeks is 7700 Days.

5. K is the 11th letter of the alphabet
&
G is the 7th letter of the alphabet.
(K x G= 77)

6. 7-Eleven, Inc. (the convenient store) is based in Dallas Texas. This Bill was printed in Dallas Texas
(look at the picture)

7. 7-Eleven sells 40 million gallons of milk each year. Do the Math, thats 77 gallons sold a minute!
(77 x 60 x 24 x 365 = 40,471,200)

8. 7-Eleven had the first television advertising by any convenience store; the animated commercial featuring a singing owl and rooster ran in 1949.

(read it)

9. On the back under the word ONE to the right 114 is printed.
Another 11
7+7=14

10. On the front on the right FW A 179 is printed.
79 is a reverse repeat of 97
A is the 1st letter
1+7+9=17

11. 1100 Pounds = 498 KG (Kilograms) and 497.7 would round up to 498.

12. There are 24 1's printed on this bill, I think.

13. 49771100 is a cool number. It has a Universal Coolness Index of 94.0%
http://www.coolnumbers.com/crunch.asp
try to find a serial number cooler then this, its hard! (I searched all of my bills and the only number that was cooler is 36616366 at 97.4%. I will auction that bill off soon).
94% is 49 backwards
49771100 contains 3 pairs together. Only 0.75% of 8-digit numbers have this combination.

There is all kinds of crazy ways these numbers work together, I'm sure you are probably thinking of something I left out.

I received this bill from a customer as payment. It has been used. It is not torn or frayed, but you can tell by looking at it that its been around a little bit. its still in good condition, but not near mint

Low starting price, Low shipping price, No reserve. Good Luck!

Bill Ships from Austin Texas. Shipping price will be $1.00 if you are OK me me concealing it in a regular envelope and shipping it via snail mail and you live in the US. If you live somewhere else, or if you want more fancy shipping, thats fine you just have to pay me what ever it costs to send, no extra. I will accept paypal, a money order, or a personal Check. Check must clear before shipment.
If you have any questions about anything, please ask. Thank you for looking

That coolness number above by onejinx is actually at the low end of coolness. If you go to the link and type any 8 digit random number, the lowest I got was 84%. If you type in all 9 or all 1 or all 0, the coolness % is over 99%. So his number is only 94% cool, that is not that good, really.

It is hard to compete with the taped box or the over priced common date coins, but here is what outrages me. More so than the 10K coin because the regular joe shmoe actually buys these. I think it gives a to coin collecting. The guys on ebay like this

http://cgi.ebay.com/2007-John-Adams...ed_W0QQitemZ330231236610QQihZ014QQcategoryZ149688QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Item Specifics - US coins
Grade: -- Mint: Philadelphia
Certification: Uncertified Material: Gold
Certification Number: -- Method of Manufacture: Business Strike
Condition: Uncirculated

Material: GOLD!

I see people selling Buffalo nickels as Silver, Clad Coins as Silver, and now president dollars as Gold. This same guy is selling 1972 Half dollars as a great investment. What bothers me is the beginners or the uninformed buy these things at inflated prices. Put them away to give as an inheritance, never knowing that they were ripped off. The coin shopping network and even littleton is guilty of this. Don't get me started, Don't even get me started!

Why does this hobby have so many snakes....

Also this was one that really was a source of outrage for me...Seller states that this is an authentic mint error and the at the end of his description states its NOT really a mint error....

It just bugged me that he could get away with this

Mr. Finger - I like how the auction for the 1955 penny in the title says that it's a 1995 penny.
