Could well be a low Countries coin.I will have a scout round later. The design is pleasing and these bad boys have tempted me.They are usually great value and still being dug in Western Europe.
Hugh IV (de Poitiers-Lusignan) of Cyprus (r. 1324-58) and Hugh IV (Duc de Bourgogne) of Burgundy (r. 1218-72) are not the same person.
Of the House of Lusignan: One of the sons of Hugh III of Cyprus (aka Hugues de Poitiers-Lusignan) and Isabelle d'Ibelin, Guy, married Eschive d'Ibelin.
Guy, titled Constable of Cyprus, had a son, Hugh IV of Cyprus, and a daughter, Isabelle de Lusignan.
Of the House of Burgundy: One of Hugh III of Burgundy's sons, Odo III, married Alix/Alice de Vergy; the union produced three daughters, and a son, Hugh IV of Burgundy (Duc de Bourgogne.) This Hugh IV is the one on OP's coin.
